When you register your listings with us, you agree to provide correct information at the time of registration. Registration involves providing certain information about you or your business prompted by the Submit button. If you provide information, which is not true or correct, we may suspend or terminate your registration without a return of fees paid.

You will be given a password to access your site details if you should wish to make changes to it, you will also have access to your own personal 'hit counter'. If any unauthorised use of the password occurs or any other breach of security you will be held fully responsible for the same, you must notify us at once and we will issue you with a new password. classtimes.net cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from you failure to keep you password safe and to comply with these terms.

classtimes.co.uk will respect your personal information and will comply with all UK Data Protection legislation currently in force. You agree that classtimes.co.uk may use such information in accordance with the purposes for which permission was given on registration. Your details will be retained by classtimes.net and we will not disclose the contents to any third party except as required by law.

You continually warrant throughout your dealings with classtimes.co.uk that you own the material of any nature whatsoever that you supply to us and that the data is complete and not misleading in any way. You agree to indemnify us against any loss or damage to any third party caused by any misleading information on your web site or information you supply to ClassTimes via our Registration form.

Individual tutors may enter a single free listing by selecting registration details. The free listing will provide you the opportunity to list one class free of charge. This does not entitle individuals to benefit from promotions or promotional material produced by ClassTimes.

We provide links to web sites of companies and organisations that advertise with us, we exercise no control of content over these sites. These sites may in turn offer you more links, you must agree that ClassTimes.net cannot be held responsible or liable for any of the content, damage or loss caused by these links.

We do not recommend any product or services purchased as a result of links from classtimes.net, we carry no responsibility for the content therein, we rely on information provided to us by third parties, we cannot give warranties as to the accuracy of information found. We require you to report to us any web site that gives misleading information to you.

Classtimes.net are not to be held responsible if some pages are unavailable, it is the responsibility of the site owners to keep checking that their site is fully operating.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that you use this service at your own sole risk on an 'As IS' and 'As Available' basis. classtimes.net makes no warranty that this service will meet your requirements or that the service may not be interrupted at some time, or error free. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained from classtimes.co.uk is done at your own risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

The cost of one year’s entry to the directory is £55.00 . You may pay via direct debit to the bank account on our registration form. If you are paying by cheque we will invoice you by e-mail, when your cheque has cleared (about 10 days) we will then provide a searchable list of all your supplied data. Alterations to listings can be made by emailing a new listing to classtimes.net@gmail.com can make alterations to this data.

Venues who wish to make use of our site do so under individually discussed terms and conditions. These will be set out in our business proposal and should be referred to for clarification.

Venues may not make use of the free listing and any venue found doing so will be charged for administration and abuse of the terms and conditions. Said charges to be no less than 1 years membership fee and administration costs of £30. per hour.

We give discounts for large multiple orders.

classtimes.co.uk does not and cannot guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading are free of infections, viruses, worms or Trojan horses or any other event that might manifest or contaminate or destruct your property, and that you are solely responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints, and maintaining a means for the reconstruction of any lost data.

classtimes.co.uk may change any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement at its sole discretion.
